This is relation to dealing with Topline Trailers which is associated with Weagant.No regard for customers. Was promised that a machine that was being repaired once fixed I would be first to be called to see it and deal. This was promised by Andrew. Andrew as a salesman is completely useless as well. Showed me the machine (JCB 180)when it was being repaired and said it was being looked over. The engine was torn down so much all that was left was the block. It was clearly under a complete overhaul not just being looked over". He admitted that he didn't know anything about the machine. A salesman that has no idea about the machine he is showing a customer is completely useless. After no phone calls to give me an update on the status of what was going on I Showed up to see if it was done and told that it had been sold to someone who just showed up a day prior. Poor customer service

I went down there to get parts for a Ford 5000 built before the dawn of time. It is a very busy place, but they made time, were patient answered all my questions and gave me some technical guidance on a non-purchase related concern with the same vehicle. Their phone number is now in my contact list. They have a well stocked store and parts department. Worth the drive.

We went to Weagant Farm Supplies for a New Holland part, and had never been there. Clint (mostly) and Mark took care of us. They gave us many tips on how to replace the part, what to watch out for, etc. Clint showed us parts graphics and explained the procedures in details. He explained that their website offers the graphics as well. He even offered to contact some mechanics to help us out, should the task at hand be too complex.Weagant Farm Supplies still knows what customer service is. They know the products they sell. I called about a machine they have on the floor and it started with its new and then now its used. He says it had 20 hrs on it and somebody left the key on in the shop now it has 40 hrs. Lol what ??? He said he can discount it because its “used” he went down roughly 500 dollars. I said thats not much of a deal then he told me to have a nice day. Lol i wont be stepping foot in there thats For sure. Ill go spend my money elsewhere

Mike and Bob were very helpful putting together the perfect package for our small vegetable farm. Stacey, completed the financing paperwork and had us out the door in short order. the tractor and attachment were at my farm,in perfect running condition within a week and I have just rolled past fifty hours of use. I would highly recommend them if your looking for farm equipment a very professional family run business.
