Canada's Best Karate in Esquimalt has been amazing for our whole family. Karate has been so great for our kids' confidence and a fantastic way for them to channel their energy. The instructors are incredible with the kids (and adults), making everything really fun. We love being a part of the dojo family.

Our two children love it here and we love bringing them & watching their confidence grow with each class. The teachers are amazing and the atmosphere is very upbeat and friendly!

AMAZING experience here. My sons gone for just over a year and his self confidence has grown so much. Beyond that the dojo staff/instructors have been so kind and accomidating. Plus its really reasonably priced. Highly reccomend!

Originally intended to be a good exercise activity for our kids, the instructors are just such fantastic teachers and humans, that it was a no-brainer to enroll our entire family into this wonderful community!If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 would recommend! - ClayI'm feeling really good about going to karate at CBK Esquimalt. My son has been doing karate here for almost 3 years now. He loves it! My daughter just started last year and she is so happy. I believe that this program has helped my son focus better in school, gain a greater control of his emotions, and improved his ability to handle defeat with grace. It also really helped him to develop better gross motor skills. He was behind in his gross motor development when he started.The teachers and the other families are so great at this dojo. It feels like a real community.

Incredible place to learn martial arts. Dedicated teachers and awesome students. Lots of laughs, kicks and punches! My son and I enjoy practicing on and off the mat.

My son has enjoyed coming to Karate in Esquimalt, asking to come to ProD camps and summer camps, even though we don't necessarily need the child care.He thrives with the activity, and is learning self-restraint. Senpai Nash is amazing with kids, both having fun and instilling discipline.Thanks for everything!
