Worst customer service, attendee was on his phone when I walked in I stood there and only after 2 minutes told me shift change it will be 10 minutes..I was only buying lotto. After 10 minutes and two customer gone ahead of me I asked why can't I scan the proline . He then turned to me and said the machine is shut off and shuts off at 10:30pm. I said then why did you say it will be 10 minutes. What a joke and the worst customer service and attitude they have

I put money in to the vaaccumm the yhing didnt turn on i got the cashier this was 11 pm and gr told me to come back tomoorrow morning i do not live very close to this location and the vaccums theŕr cost 2.50 so i burned on the 2.50 i guesss

Every time I go for a car wash here, it damages something on loosen my side mirror, the soap does not come off properly and it leaves marks on the car windshield. Unfortunately, there is no other Petro Canada with car wash in Cambridge. Sucks to go there.

the cashier is so weird. as soon as i walk in to pay for my gas she goes to the back of the store and facetimes her friend while i’m waiting there forever to pay. i had to literally go get her from the back of the store and she was pretending to look at the fridges while she’s clearly on the phone and when she came she didn’t even apologize or anything. if you have a customer inside waiting to pay employees shouldn’t go waste time at the back to get their giggle in with their friends on facetime.

This is the 3rd time i visited this place for a car wash because i have a season pass, the app does not work here because of technical issues, when asked for assistance the staff here which i believe have no knowledge of any work around while other sites do, asked me to call customer service and filled a form for just single wash. Only for here, they need a card even after having a active app and pass which other sites accept.Utter waste of time . I would request them to Please close this service or look into staff’s knowledge and assistance capabilities here. Will never come back for a car wash here

Do not go here for a carwash! The carwash scratched my wife's car completely from front to back. The pictures don’t do it justice regardless the staff is extremely rude as well and unwilling to help.

Car washing is great here. Just leave the car in “N”, it does the magic.

Never stop in the convenience store! They never have enough change so you need to buy at least $10 to get what you need or there’s no change. Some of them are super rude. Also do not choose this location for Uber. If you order ice creams and bottle of milk and they don’t have, they send you whatever they want like water and chocolates! So sad that is the only gas on that side of the highway

I bought a seasonal pass for their car wash, and it seems to always be broken… It has been broken over a week now and I don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. Wouldn’t recommend buying their car wash pass, and relying on that specific location for it.

The employees at this location are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. A The employees refused to pay out a $60 lotto winning ticket. Told me I had to purchase something in the store or lotto tickets. Refuse to pay out $60.The cashier told me I had to purchase a ticket to use a free play. He insisted I had to purchase a five dollar lotto max ticket to use a free play winning from the previous draw. When I refused and ask for my winning ticket back he then told me he has printed the free play. He then reluctantly passed me the free play ticket.This is the worst store I’ve ever purchased anything from. They do not want to pay out lotto winnings under $100 and try to force you to purchase additional tickets when it’s not necessary.
