My check engine light came on while driving my dad to a hospital appointment in Ottawa (we live 200km away). Since I drive a Ford, I stopped in at a Ford service centre and explained my situation. I asked if anyone could help me by checking the cause to see if it’s at least safe to drive home. The answer was we just can’t do it. The service rep didn’t ask if I could wait, he didn’t even speak to anyone else. Just launched in to a long sob story about how everyone is short staffed and some poor girl keeps getting yelled at (?), and sent me away. Two stars because at least he was polite about it.

I was not able to get through to a live body without leaving a voicemail. We ended playing tag and never spoke with a service advisor. I ended up calling Lincoln Height and waited for a service advisor.

Went in to book a service for my car and they told me to go to another dealer. They didn't have time. Even when I said it was not a rush and it could wait a month or more. I was told to go elsewhere. I will never buy or service a vehicle here again.I went to another dealer in Ottawa and they booked me in and also offered a daily rental for the day of service.

The absolute worst customer service. My vehicle had an appointment at 8am for a tire change and brakes and I was told the vehicle would be ready at noonish. At 1:30 I was told they were waiting for approval for the brake repairs, which was a lie! I was then told by the customer service manager that they work on their own time and don’t work on customers schedules. My vehicle was ready to leave at 4:30 and they told me they had also done an oil change which was never requested and then charged me for it.I will never return to this dealership.

Once you sign the bill of sale it will become the Most awful car buying experience ever!! Highly DO NOT recommend dealing with these people. Ignorant, inconsiderate, unprofessional to the max. Even had to deal with a racial slur from one of the managers. Save yourself the headache and wasted time and buy elsewhere.
