Great service! The staff is really kind. I have a FedEx parcel to be sent, but I forgot this is a UPS store. When I brought the parcel, the staff didn't reject me directly, instead he helped me pack the parcel and attach the shipping label to the parcel. He was sooooo kind. Top service!

New location in the Dix30 Walmart. They are quick competent and friendly. Bilingual is a plus. Been here many times to drop off packages and never had to wait in any lines.

The staffs are nice and polite but unfortunately, my two iPhone 13 Pros were missing from this UPS Store after dropping off. I'm not accusing if anyone has ‘stolen’ my two iPhones, but just to be extra careful. Using an extra box outside of the box that Apple provided when dropping off your old iPhone would be recommended.
