For starters. This is only for those who expect the bare minimum ofcustomer service. This is not it. Find somewhere else. I went thereto make a copy of my car keys. Apart from the fact that I never did get my copies to this day, they also managed to break the ignition,forcing me to rent a car for 3 days. On top of that, there was also the cost to fixthe ignition. I did not break and they claim they are not responsible for any of it.The car rental charges $100/day, and the mechanic didn't even know how long it would take for them to get to me.It could easily cost me over $1000. When I tried to talk to them about this,the responsible person essentially avoided me and sent someone else as a replacement.These are the kind of people who want to do business with you. First, they don't do a good job.Then when they cause problems, they can't even take responsibility. It's like youtake your business to them is a flip of a coin, 50/50 chance things might not work the way you expected. And you're responsible for it. I strongly advise against this company.Anyone who wants to know details just ask. I'll be glad to help.

This place is right next to my barber Kal's. I have used him before to cut some keys. He is friendly and will save you money with things you may not even notice when buying multiple keys. Clean place and well lit.

Poor key cuts, also the service is backwards.... The staff there are unable to correctly fill out an invoice. When asked to resend the invoices correctly the response I received was No. It's too much work" which translates to: 'I dont want to put in 10 minutes of effort to get paid.'They must be swimming in profits then.I see ya. Best of luck."

What a horrible service I got from these guys! I went to this place to get a key fob fixed for my Mazda sedan. My key fob didn't support to start the engine after I dropped it. So I borrowed my son's key fob to drive to this place. When we bought the car from the dealership I got two key fobs which my son and I share.What this guy ( his name is Brian if my memory is correct) did put me into deep trouble. He erased both registered keys and tried to reprogram it. But the system was asking for a security code which he didn't know. As a result, my son's key also didn't support to start the engine. He was highly irresponsible. He called someone on the phone, but didn't mention what exactly happened. He was trying to defend himself by saying that the PCM was not functioning properly. That is a blatant lie.Finally, I had to tow the car to the dealership at my cost. Since it was a Friday afternoon I had to leave the car there and come back on Monday. The whole thing ended up with than $700 I had to pay from my pocket.So, you better think twice before you go to this place for auto key fob repairs. I will never recommend this place for anything; absolutely 'No go place"

Bad customer service. Just bad. They do a poor job and then gaslight you into thinking its your fault they couldn't do their job right. I wouldn't go back there even if desperate. I would rather do the job myself knowing that I have no Idea what I'm doing. And to think I fell for their slogan Be smart. Be safe. Don't bee stung by crime". I know now. To go there was dumb

Popped by this place on my way home from work and inquired about coding 3 deadbolts to one key. Did it quick and perfectly. Reasonable price, too. Needless to say I will be returning to him for anything else lock related in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable owner and had the keys no one else could cut for me. They even have some classic car tumbler locks and skeleton keys in stock. Amazing

I took my girlfriends watch and my watch to get batteries changed that was it . I pick ick them up the next day and my girlfriend noticed this circle ring inside the wstch is moving aroubd in there i see it i go back and tell them and the guy says he will fix it i say ok cool i couldnt go back to get it so picked it up. I get home and ask her and she shows me and they decided just to take that circle piece rite out of there ? That rite there is bad business? Its a nice bulova watch and going for a battery and u leave woth a piece of the watch gone. Not impressed !!! And now ive noticed my watch the middle platee is completely upside down .. just going for new batteries and this happens. Brutal.
