Nobody seems to know their job and they kept sending us conflicted information regarding move-out date. Karissa Wong in Marine Drive was not helpful at all.

I have to say that SHHS is the worst department in the whole campus. I do not understand why their attitude to students are so bad when I enquire about the house that I am applying (maybe too many people). They behave like a robot with repeating the their response. The old lady on the front desk seem to be not clear about the policy either. One star gives to the honor of UBC.

Very unorganized when it comes to sublet application. Basically only one person is doing all the sublet applications of UBC. And their online system is terrible as well! You cannot cancel/modify or do anything else after the application is submitted and to do anything after that you have to send them an email (no number to call them if it was an emergency) which takes about 5 days to respond!

After waiting for over a year (maybe 18 months) and applying twice; they sent an email minutes before Chritsmas holidays and rejected my application just after holidays without any further notice!!! Inside their email, I did not find unit info, correct location, floor plan, and no viewing option. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. They will make you disappointed, for sure.
