A great community CrossFit gym. I’ve been to many and am happy to call this one home. Supportive and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming environment and always working with you where you are at. A great place try out CrossFit for the first time or for those who have experience in the sport. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice crossfit box to train in in Merritt BC. Friendly, well trained trainers will help participants find the right level appropriate for each individuals specific needs and abilities. 5 stars if they ever decide to relocate to a building with a bit more head and elbow room.

- unable to complete RX workouts due to low ceiling and lack of equipment.For example, no BMUs, no RMUs, if you are taller than 6ft then you cannot skip comfortably or do wall balls to 10ft.- I found the coaches to be inexperienced in the CrossFit movements.This place would be better suited as a boot camp type gym.

I joined over a year ago and have made such progress with a shoulder injury. The staff are so focused on improving each and every member. Everyone has their own goals, the staff ensure your technique is correct, providing a welcoming and challenging atmosphere. Hands down the best gym I have belonged to!
