He seems to know everything and more that a potential investor would need from someone like Tony. I already know that if I was renting it would be from Tony who has a very high standard for his rentals.

Avail Properties took great care of our rental home while we lived out of province. They were well organized and quickly responded to our emails. They showed attention to details on our property and did thorough walkthroughs. They sourced good tenants as rent was always on time and the property left in good shape.
