Bia Boro has the best customer service!! Every time I walk in they make me feel warm, welcome, and are genuinely helpful to me. The quality of clothes is 10/10, and I highly recommend to everyone to come check out all the beautiful clothing at Bia Boro. Definitely one of favorite stores to shop at in Kelowna!

Lovely location in the heart of Downtown Kelowna.Great styles, great service, very attentive staff.Felt like I was going through my friends' closet - as the staff were super insightful and knowledgeable, and just wanting to ensure that we were happy with our products.I can't wait to come back to Kelowna to get some new dresses!

Great selections for both men and womenLocally owned they carry several trendy pieces from Europe and LA!Very helpful staff, they went above and beyond to find styles for me. Absolutely the best boutique on the downtown scene not to mention the complimentary wine! A+++

Absolutely love this store! Came in for birthday shopping and they gave my mom and I each a little glass of wine. It really created a sweet experience! The owner is so great and showed me how to best wear some of the clothes. She really knows her shop and how to dress women. All the ladies are so encouraging and make you feel great. It was closing time and they didn't rush us out. They were so kind. Can't wait to shop there again! Most gorgeous clothes!
