Staff here is not very polite and sent my return package without giving me a tracking number. Both machines for credit cards were not working when I was there. This location doubles up as a convenience store which sucks because the two staff there run back and forth between both cashes to check people out. If you are going to be sending a package here on any weekday around 5 PM be prepared for a 15 minute wait to be served. Won't be coming back here even though it's the closest Canada post to where I live.

My delivery notice shows me the store close at 19:00 on Thursday. It already closed when I arrived at 18:15 on Thursday September 23rd 2021 .....

Rude. The Shoppers' Drug Mart does not have a post office inside. Instead the Canada Post is located at a convenience store in this plaza. The staff is very impolite. Her tone is very unfriendly. She also charges customer $0.50 for putting a very small tape on the parcel. I was thinking maybe she was a bit moody on that particular day. However, when I see other reviews about this location, I believe she is really giving a bad attitude to the customers in a regular basis.

COVID-19 hours on March 21, 2010:Mon - Fri: 11am - 6pmSat: 11am - 3pmSun: ClosedThey are very strict on their hours. I was in the store right before closing but the younger lady refused to process my package pick up right before Christmas so had to wait till after when they were opened again. I explained they were presents but she didn't care. Most other times the staff is nice.

I don’t know why some people criticize but I got a perfect service here. It was my first try in Canada to return a broken appliance and the whole process is wonderful. The lady and a man beside were quite friendly while helping me print the return label and do the rest. Thanks

I visited yesterday with my mother to send a package to China. The women working were very helpful and spoke fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. We had some trouble figuring out which box to ship in, but the staff were helpful and insightful. Thank you.
