Went in afraid. Within minutes I felt relieved. From a bright smile at reception to the professional and very caring staff ! And Margaret I'll have to agree it was the best 5 minutes ever ! Dr Flynn was personable and reassuring. Surgery is something no one wants but if you need it this is the place.

Advise! Don't be the last appointment of the day or you will walk your self out 5 mins after staff all in clean up shut down mode l, with no check in by nurse if doing ok, no offer for water or ginger ale heard other patients being offered before me. The examine op door stayed open so anyone walking by could see this, not offered or any post procedure info or advise. Was one of my worst medical experience will try hold out for more official clinical setting. That said, there were 2 kind nurses doing their job professionally. Unfortunately I did have complication and had call BC Nurse hotline that night thankfully they were there.

Had surgery yesterday morning. And this is some of the best treatment and care I have ever received. The entire staff from front desk, to nurses, anesthesiologist, doctors, were absolutely professional and so courteous. Highly recommend them also it’s a beautiful facility and the rooms have amazing views! Thank you all for making my day go smoothly and making me feel so at ease. Top Notch all the way.

Today I had my surgery there. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. At first I was nervous, but they treated me so well that I became so relaxed. Thank you, eveyone in the View Royal Surgical Center from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors.

No one enjoys a colonoscopy or ever looks forward to return. However, all personal from the receptionist, nurses, helpers and doctor were outstanding. I couldn’t believe how much effort was put in to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure meeting you all for my short stay. Thank you very much. Cheers.

I have had my previous procedures at one hospital or another and I would choose to go back to this facility over the others. The receptionist was friendly and cheerful. All of the nurses were both professional and fun which put one at ease immediately. The facility is bright and new and had a much more personal feel than the hospitals do. Dr. Grendar, who replaced my previous physician because he retired, was personable and informative and also made me feel that I was in good hands. All in all it was a very efficient and positive experience.

I was so incredibly anxious today when I arrived for my procedure. From the check in desk, to the nurse who called me in, the IV nurse, and the prep and sedation nurses and lastly, Dr. Loomes....Top notch! All of them! They were all comforting, kind and funny! They assured me from the start they were all going to take good care of me, and they did just that! Thank you!!!

Don't leave your loved one at this clinic. They are irresponsible. They ask for a responsible person to bring your family member in and you have to go and and collect them. They let my 70 year old diabetic partner who hasn't eaten in two days leave with no jacket, no wallet, no money, no cell phone. When he was twice as long as should have been, I became concerned and phoned the Surgical centre and I was told they called me and left a message. I gave them my number when I dropped my partner off and they did not call, nor did they leave a message. I became frantic and called my brother. We took two possible routes looking for him. These so called health care professions are reckless and dangerous. Be careful!

My experience at SISC was truly excellent. All of the staff were very kind, professional, and efficient. It was a seamless experience and I felt very safe, informed, and cared for.

View Royal Surgical Centre provided me with the most incredible care during my day surgery.I was definitely nervous for surgery, but everyone from the booking clerk to the nursing and surgical staff were amazing, professional, kind and honestly warm which was extremely calming and reassuring. Healthcare can be a fast-paced and unpredictable environment and it is easy to just feel like a number, but at this centre the staff make you feel comfortable and like a priority.Wonderful staff and incredible patient care, I feel very grateful that I got to have my surgery here.
