Very disappointed. Booked for 1.5 hours for make up lesson, they changed to 1 hour, no lessons provided. My eyeballs ached at end of session as she dotted" eye shadow did not brush on! Almost like torture by end of session. They must get great commission on facial creams

MAC at Pen Centre location was amazing today !! Customer service, energy, the vibe!! Ask for Hannah who went above and beyond to make sure she tested colours to match, took her time, showed options, labeled the brushes, ensured we got the deals and was one of a kind!! Made it an experience! The best!!

This is the only MAC store that I've been to, and that everybody is so nice. Every time I was there, it was a different person, but equally nice and helpful! I will definitely go back there!

Store was beautiful, clean and well-organized. However they didn't have a wide selection of deeper shades. The MUA who was attempting to shade match me was friendly but frankly had no knowledge of deeper skin tones and continuously recommended foundation shades that were ATLEAST 3-4 shades deeper than my skin with the wrong undertone. I didn't end up purchasing anything because I was put off by the MUAs incompetence. It would be great if she could receive further training :) There were no other MUAs available to help either. Will likely not be returning unfortunately.

I went looking to get some tips on how to contour and what products to use because I've never done it before and one of the ladies didn't even know what contour is. You might as well hire 5 year olds.
