I had a similar situation where my pgwp got refused along with my spouse work permit and both of us didn’t have any status in Canada. Lawyer Harkrit is definitely one of the best IRCC lawyers. I happened to go to her to resolve an issue with my work-permit. Called to get information about PNP as a Bell technician and she says that minimum requirement in for 3 year experience I mean our work permit is only for 3 years and also I have my friends who got PNP in same program as I applied for. You guys shouldn’t take any deposits for your consulting when you have absolutely zero knowledge. I wouldn’t recommend them. Wasted my money
