Had great experiences with other locations but my experience here is as follow.Let me start with the positive attributes. Friendly service, and cold beer with frosted glasses. However wait times and food quality can be improved. We waited 1/2 hour for our food to arrive, and upon arrival, all our orders were lukewarm to cold. I can understand orders sometimes taking longer during dinner hours. What is not acceptable is being served lukewarm meals that are suppose to be hot at ~ $45 a piece.

Delicious food with a ton of options for hamburgers. If you like hamburgers you are bound to find something you enjoy. The Fries are bottomless with your burger, big plus for me. The onion rings are delicious and presented in such a fun way! They serve drinks in 2L measuring cups to top it off. Great music and atmosphere. I will definitely be back to this location.

The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer
I go out of my way to go to this location even though there's one closer to me in Etobicoke, this one always gets it right. Food cooked perfectly and very fresh ingredients, service wonderful, modifications are always done correctly and allergies are accomidated. Thank you to all the hardworking staff!!! I look forward to dining in here sometime in the near future when my little ones are a bit older and able to handle going out to eat!

Super great dining experience with themed decor and seasonal decorations. I love building my custom burgers here and they’re always willing to make whatever weird combos I come up with. The sweet potato fries from here are also great!

Haven't had a good burger at any location so wasn't too surprised at this visit. Dry, pink and stomach pains soon after. When you build 90% of your menu around burgers you expect better.

I recently placed an order ron UberEATS. The works has always been my favourite burger place in town. Not after this meal. Now I admit, I had 3 substitutions, stuff like switching the types of cheese. But when my order arrived cold, I was still willing to eat it. Might not have been their fault for delivery time. I opened my get baked poutine and although I asked for no gravy (I subbed jalepenos which also did not come), they also took it upon themselves to forget the cheese.I sighed and moved onto the burger, I had ordered the tragically maple. It's in the name, but there was no maple bacon jam on my burger. Not only that but instead of 3 pieces of bacon, as stated on the menu, there were 2 tiny ones. The burger was completely burnt on the outside while the inside was still so pink. I know the works typically cooks thier burgers to a medium pink inside, but this was black and overcooked on the outside and pink and severely undercooked on the inside.It's safe to say this has completely ruined my love for the restaurant which is so disappointing.

Like they advertise, it's for sure an unique burger place. The choice and taste were excellent. The ambiance is very different. Themed, construction place, more an electrical room! Lots of funny signs and notes everywhere.

The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer
Had an excellent experience here. Very tasty properly priced Cesar. The burger was amazing. I got the love goat and it was gooooood. Awesome service and would definitely return. Bottomless fries and sodas are also a plus. My server Heta was a doll, thanks for a great time.
