Yesterday and today a heat pump system was installed in our home by Aire One Heating and Cooling. Pat and Steven were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable as they worked to complete the job today. They patiently educated us on the use of the thermostat and app. Yesterday Owen and Devon arrived on time but unforeseen circumstances prevented them from completing the job. Overall we are very satisfied and pleased with the manner in which this company worked with us.

Responded very quickly. Had System I stalled 4years ago. Contacted company that Installed and they did not back up their work Aire One responded with a few hours and repaired it promptly and efficiently at a more reasonable price than the original installer. Eric was very helpful.

We had a heat pump installed. Pat and Steven were fantastic. Explained everything before they did the job and then showed us everything when the job was done. Very helpful explaining how everything worked, including all the technical stuff that we aren’t familiar with.
