The experiences I have encountered with my Honda car have been nothing short of disheartening and have left me questioning the quality of customer care provided by your establishment.In 2022, shortly after purchasing my new Honda car from Dow Honda dealership, I began experiencing recurring sensor issues. Specifically, I have been unable to open the car passenger doors using the center locking system, and this problem has manifested intermittently. Despite booking a service appointment to address this concern, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved as it was not continuously reproducible and attributed it to potential proximity issues with the sensor. This response left me dissatisfied and without a resolution.Furthermore, towards the end of 2022, I encountered a new issue where my car would not start on multiple occasions. I had to resort to contacting Honda roadside assistance for jump starts. Regrettably, the problem persists in 2023, especially when I leave the car unused for a period of 2-3 days. This ongoing issue is unacceptable, considering that my vehicle is only one year old. When I called your dealership to schedule a diagnosis appointment, I was dismayed to learn that the earliest available slot was two weeks away. This delay implies that I would be unable to utilize my car for an extended period, which is both inconvenient and distressing.What compounds my frustration is the lack of support I have received with my warranty claims. During the car purchase process, your representative strongly recommended purchasing additional warranties and related coverage. However, when the time came to utilize these warranties, I encountered resistance and felt as if my rights as a customer were being violated.I understand that unforeseen issues can arise with vehicles, but it is the duty of the dealership to promptly address and resolve these problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experiences thus far have been far from satisfactory, leaving me with a diminished sense of trust and confidence in Dow Honda dealership.

**UPDATE** Charles was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and kind. He was willing to do whatever it took to solve the problem and make sure I was looked after. He made an appointment to get my vehicle in and in a couple of hours had it all taken care of. He has renewed my confidence in Dow Honda. I am very pleased. Thank you again Charles.Well here we are just over 1 year since purchasing my so called certified pre-owned Honda CR-V and the extended warranty. Began having issues all of a sudden with the camera, lane keeping assist, road mitigation system, cruise control. Took to Honda Kanata (due to poor experience at Dow). Service manager said it's a common problem they have seen with aftermarket windshields but because there is an aftermarket windshield installed it's not covered with warranty.Dow Honda put in the aftermarket windshield as part of the certification when I purchased it!Had spoken with Honda Canada while I was waiting at Kanata Honda and was told they need to install OEM windshield unless customer agrees to aftermarket. I explained this was done prior to me taking possession and without my knowledge.Started a inquiry with Honda Canada. After hearing back from them, I was told they can install whatever they choose and don't have to disclose this to the customer. How can this be allowed when it is known to cause issues with camera? All of this should be discussed up front and before purchasing. Especially when selling as certified pre-owned!So, Dow Honda, the ball is in court to make this right. I was quoted almost $2000 from Kanata Honda to have the windshield replaced with an OEM windshield and to re-aim the camera. I cannot afford to fix this. This is unacceptable to tell a customer that it's a worry free purchase to buy certified pre-owned and extended warranty and the response from Honda is essentially too bad. If I had known the windshield was aftermarket and could cause problems I would not have accepted that nor would I have purchased the car unless OEM was installed. Let's see how Dow Honda handles this.

Let’s get real- a Honda sells itself and no one likes the hassle of buying a car. Gone are the days of not even being able to drive into a dealership to look without being approached by someone. Saying that this is my first time EVER having a salesperson tell me to take my time and think it over, there is no rush and I actually believed him! Mo at Dow Honda is amazing. He is kind, polite, welcomed all my friends and I into the store, was fully transparent, did not make any promises he couldn’t keep and treated me as though he was buying the car and had to consider the money himself. I cannot say enough about this man. And I get - it’s a sellers world but he was genuine in assisting me with my search for the car, at the price, that suited me best. Dow Honda has always beat the prices of any other Honda dealership from Ottawa- Pembroke- Orillia- to Barrie but Mo made this buying experience exceptional. If you are already sold on Hondas, let me direct you to Mo at Dow Honda to assist you. You will not be disappointed and as much as the wallet may not want the expense, you will walk away feeling like you were truly taken care of. What a great car buying experience! Thanks Mo!!!

Moe Dehghan is the absolute best!! I was very nervous coming in to the dealership because it was my first time purchasing a car. The receptionist told my mom and I that Moe was available so we headed over to his desk. He greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. He asked if we wanted anything to drink which was super nice!! We told him that we were only browsing but he said that it was totally okay and he searched up the make and model that I was interested in and showed us a couple cars. I absolutely fell in love with the first one he showed us and we took it for a test drive. I did want to think overnight about if I should get the car or not and he said that was totally ok! He gave me his business card and also wrote his personal cell just in case I had any questions about the car.We did end up buying the first car he showed us and Dominik helped us with the financial side. Both were great and walked us through everything to make sure we understood.He was absolutely the best and we had an amazing experience at this dealership!! I would highly recommend Moe to any family or friends in the market for a new/used car. Thank you again!!
