After 2 years with the company they cancelled my policy without me knowing after I called to alter my policy when I wasn’t driving at the beginning of the pandemic. My payments were changed to go through my credit since I wasn’t receiving salary and laid off to ensure my payments went through. Now to get insurance I have to pay an additional $1000 because their cancelation is on my record. This is how they care about their customers. They don’t answer their phones. If I could rewind I would avoid them like the plague honestly. Do not even try. Always a run around and no satisfaction.

Worst experience ever. Agents don’t know how to talkVery rude behaviour and their policy is not have enough coverages. They don’t pay you according to their coverage they always find a way for not to payWhenever u want to claim they always took long time for payment and their service is worst.One star is also too much for themI never suggest anyone to get policy from co operators even they will give u free

This company sleeps until you have a question to ask. You call them, leave a voice msg and BOOM - they find out ways to increase your premium to double. Even if they have twist the policy, cancel it or rewrite it. Worst insurance company ever. The agents don't know what the company terms are while selling the policy to you. and then they make you pay way more than was originally promised to you.

@suman jasra cooperatorsI am having insurance with them, few days back I called them how much i have to pay if will do fire and theft insurance, because i was going back to home country. And they told me it will be approx 30 bucks.And after few days when i called to them to implement that policy they said they cannot do theft policy on one car, and I need to have atleast two cars with them insured. And told me I have to pay 85 bucks per month.Both statements were contradictory.I would suggest everyone to get insurance from big companies like RBC or TD. These companies waste your time, energy and money on stupid conversations.Be careful guys !!!!
