Great customer service, I needed to strip Chrome from a 3d printed stainless steel helmet and Genti arranged it while I was waiting. Highly reccommended!

Very rude behavior through phone. There is someone called Ron who spoke very rudely to customer. Doesn't have patience to even explain in simple terms to customer. Very poor
