I am very happy with all three installations (Kitchen, Pantry and Master Bedroom Walk-In Closet). I would particularly like to highlight the excellent services provided by your installer. He was meticulous in his attention to detail and had a solution for every situation that not only worked, but made the finished products look great. You should never let him go... Actually, you should give him a raise! And finally, many thanks to Alexandra for her guidance and patience while I was making up my mind as to what I should do and also to Takara for her assistance in bringing everything together.

We love our closets. Incredible Closets Incredible Home was very professional from start to finish. We recently moved into a new condo with very skimpy storage, well not anymore! Brian was fantastic in bringing his expertise and valuable advice to address all our needs. They delivered beyond expectations. From start to finish it was a great experience! The designer, Matt, was awesome when he came to take measurements and design notes. He really listened and captured all of the unique things I wanted. I got three closets done (Master, Spare room and front hall) and all three had quirks that required some unique thought. Matt was great at getting exactly what I wanted fit in.The timeline was quick and right on what I was promised. Install was really quick, clean and not disruptive at all. All dealings with office staff for payment etc. were easy and friendly. The closets are absolutely beautiful and turned out better than I expected. Definitely held up to their name Incredible Closets!

We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to include Incredible Homes in our plan and witness them take such great care in bringing our vision to life. After talking about a kitchen reno for years, it was time to get it done. Shawn and Samantha worked very well together in understanding what it was we wanted and making each step of the process a pleasure. As with any reno things didn't always go according to plan but the Incredible Homes team was amazing and took care of every detail. They were very hands on throughout the process and made many site visits to make sure everything was coming together. They really listened to what we wanted and transformed our space with a click and a drag across the screen right before my eyes. They were able to show me what it would look like and then they delivered. I highly recommend Incredible Homes and it was a huge treat to be able to work with Shawn and Samantha. We are Incredibly Happy with our kitchen. The new layout is much more functional and there are many features you cannot see that make using the space so great. We had 2 closets and a pantry designed by Paul. It's been a couple weeks since the installation and so far we are very pleased with the product and appreciate how the design helps us better maximize the use of a small space. Luke did an excellent job with the installation, in addition, he was punctual and pleasant.

We had an excellent experience with Incredible Homes. Michelle Whitman, our designer, worked out an excellent design using every corner of our challenging closet space and wish list.Our installer Mark Shevchenko had an excellent work ethic. He was innovative in solving some unforeseen problems. He was considerate, did a outstanding installation and left the site spotlessly clean.We found everyone friendly and helpful. We downsized by 1/3 and needed more closet space. Felipe met the challenge and helped us design interiors for 3 closets. We replaced 3 bifold doors with sliding and hinged mirrored doors. Matt installed the shelving, Paul the doors. Everyone who worked on our project was a perfectionist. Someone familiar with our 'before' look was convinced that we must have knocked out walls to create so much space. We didn't!What I appreciate most about this company is that when something needed correction a solution was found. Felipe went 'over and above'. We are delighted with the result.
