Tornado plumbing and drain services Burlington

My kitchen sink was slowly draining, I tried myself with rented snake, it didnot work. I called Turnado this morning , Serhiy arrived in a couple of hours after called. He did a great job with a professional manner. He wears booties when he entered house and covered the board with plastic as well to keep it clean. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs the service.

5 stars, would give 6 if I could. Friday afternoon my sewage line backs up, sludge up the drain in my basement. Dinner party with 10 guests arriving in hours... I call up Tornado. Within a minute I'm on the phone with Peter. He asks some pointed questions, none of which I can answer. I ask, Can you please come?"

Had a main drain blockage, called Tornado Plumbing and Drain. Serviceman was at the house within the hour.Cleared the drain in and explained the problem including showing me the camera.He also checked internal and outside clean outs.I consider this the best service and pricing was less than I expected.I rate this a 5 STAR plus service.and will recommend to my friends and neighbours.

I was in desperate need of a plumber the other night when we noticed our main drain was clogged. Called tornado, they made it to our house in 40 minutes and did the job to the highest extent. Serhiy was extremely helpful, kind and courteous, used the cameras to show the job was done to the best extent before he left.

We are very thankful for the exemplary service we received from Serhiy and Tornado Plumbing.We had a serious leak from our pressurized toilet that required the complete pressure system to be replaced. They were prompt in answering our call despite it being during the holidays and even came out to assess the situation. Once the part was received, they replaced it and even had to make a few customizations to complete the job. The toilet is working even better that it was originally! Their communication is excellent and they are professional and very courteous! We have no hesitation in recommending Tornado plumbing and certainly will use them again if another plumbing need arises.

Yuri was AWESOME!!!! Called about a leaking pipe in my laundry room. The team provided a quote with the pictures which was great. Yuri arrived with the parts he needed, was very kind and walked me through the issue. when additional parts were needed, he had them ready. Yuri spent a lot of time at our place and did not add additional crazy costs. He was extremely knowledgable which was very much appreciated.
