Liway at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy! They also have really cute cowboy pens. We love you Liway!!

Excellent service. Liway provided exceptional service. The reservation did not know I had 2 heavy suitcases so they assigned me an unit that located in an upper section which requires me to lift it up, which is impossible for me. Liway showed me different units and gave me the best offer. So I don’t have to injure myself by lifting heavy stuff. Hahah. Thank you Liway. The world need more customer service like you.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Liway had made the whole experience of renting storage very easy for us. The facility is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. If we need storage in the future we would definitely come back, Frank

The staff at Sentinel is so friendly and quick to respond. The booking process was very efficient. I was happy to see that they offer virtual check in as I will be needing to load the storage unit outside of office hours. Thank you!

Very happy with my rental experience here. The lockers are sturdy, spacious and clean. I think an access ramp could be helpful but there's not a lot of room at the storage entrance so it's not unreasonable there isn't one installed. Overall a great service and friendly staff.

The front desk is very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. However, there is only one loading zone, resulting in a huge inconvenience and delays when accessing and moving items in and out of the storage unit.
