I cannot say enough amazing things about Heritage.Raed is our project and move manager and he is outstanding! Booking is always a breeze and he is transparent with what the team can do. We book them for our office moves, storage, and any general help we need in our studio.The workers are very friendly and get the tasks done very fast! They helped us move our 3 floor studio from Gastown into our new 5 floor studio space in Yaletown. They also helped set up desks with various equipment and cables efficiently.We will be continuing to work with Heritage for the foreseeable future.

Went here to check out their Steel Series set. I am glad there is a place where i can still sit on the chairs so i know what comfort level each chair has for me. We personally have been using Herman Miller and we wanted to see cloth style chairs. (i will be sticking to reviewing about the place)You have to book an appointment for them to let you in or accommodate you. Best to call ahead before driving there, just to give them a heads up and have someone with you when you tour around.They have a few parking areas only when we got there. A bit of a tight space so if you have long trucks, it might be difficult to maneuver.They have wheelchair access to the doors. When you go in you need to sanitize and fill out a covid form so they can inform you if there was a covid outbreak in their office.We already had a contact before the visit so our point person was there to greet us. They all had mandatory masks (GOOD!) they kept also distance from us (GOOD) and vise versa. They had markers on the floor. I felt very SAFE. There was not a lot of people walking around so it was even relaxing looking at chairs. We asked how the chairs were sanitized and they explained that they would wipe them down after each visitor leaves. The downside is the cloth chairs would be more questionable. But it is to be expected since it is a show room. We already wore long sleeves with hoods so we can sit and recline on the chairs. He also suggested if we wanted to also wipes before we sit.After we saw our chairs, the point person gave us time (10-20mins) to consider which chair to choose from. He also gave us samples of the SteelCase cloth texture. YES, that's how detailed our choice wanted to be. If we were going to spend lots this chair should be loved long time.In the end, we did not purchase on the spot but had a good notion already of what we wanted to buy. We finally purchased from the store over the phone. We were also advised that some chairs would come first to their store to be assembled then delivered if there were extra features we wanted to have.Our contact was very very very helpful all the way. We had loads of absurd questions bec of our taste and desire to see if the SteelCase Series where were better than Herman Miller.I would buy again here because the staff understands us more as regular people who NEED" to go through our details before purchasing."

Went there unsure of which model of chair I wanted, made an appointment with Graeme. Didn't feel upsold at all, he gave me a ton of info then left to give me time to think about it. I bought a chair with custom fabric that I was able to pick up in three weeks. Really happy with the whole experience.

Great place to get Steelcase chairs. The place is a bit difficult to find, lots of narrow winding roads on a steep hill in an industrial-looking area, just drive slowly so you don’t miss it like me. Plenty of parking though. I booked an appointment over the phone to meet with a sales consultant (not sure if it is always by appointment only, or if it’s a COVID-19 protocol). I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk reception and filled out a form, and she called my consultant Michael Marshall – he was punctual and friendly.I’ve previously used a Steelcase Leap V2 Steelcase at work, and was looking to either buy a Leap to for home use (WFH) or another model by Steelcase, as I was very impressed with the Steelcase’s lumbar support, sleek design, and overall quality of the chair. Michael showed me a bunch of the Steelcase chairs from lowest to highest price ranges (Leap is the most popular one, but also the most expensive I believe, at about $900 + tax). He was excellent – very knowledgeable and patient, and explained all the features of the chair, pros and cons of each as well as the pricing and customizable features/colours.I eventually went with the Steelcase Series 2 as it had a firmer back than the Leap and also a shallower/smaller seat depth, which I really liked (I am 4’11” and 100lbs). Michael advised me to go home and pick out the specifications of my chair (colours, finishes etc), and call him to place an order. All chairs are custom made (except for the Leap in all black, which they have in stock).I emailed the chair specifications the next day, and called him to place the order over the phone using my credit card. Total came to ~$600 after tax (Grey Steelcase Series 2, soft casters, adjustable 4D arms, no headrest). Payment was processed 2 days later and I got a payment confirmation from accounts payable. I got an email that my chair would be available for pickup, so the lead-time was about 1 month.They pre-assembled it for me and I picked it up (delivery $85+ depending on region). Warehouse staff were very friendly, and brought the chair to my car. The chair easily fits in the backseat of my regular sedan.Summary: Great experience, exceptional service, easy process, good pricing (Steelcase Series 2 ~$600 after tax).

I've been looking to upgrade my home office setup since starting to work from home this year. I purchased a Steelcase Gesture chair and couldn't be happier. Valeria was really helpful in showing me the different chairs and options that were available. Would recommend to anyone looking to get one of the best office chairs out there!

They were very transparent about the whole process; how much things will cost, delivery dates, when they received the chair, etc. I really loved that. I had issues with my chair and they were really quick in sending someone out to fix it.

Heritage is a great place to work, we have an amazing group of diverse people who are always so kind. Being a furniture dealer we have great furniture in the office (if you're looking for new furniture there are lots of options, don't be shy to come check it out!), but when working from home I didn't have a good set up. After a little while I needed to upgrade my chair to something more supportive and something I could comfortably sit in for a full work day. I got looking at all the new options and picked one that was a good balance of all the things I was looking for (the Series 2). The sales team helped me figure out all the final details and helped guide the decision-making to get the perfect fit. I also loved that I could get a feel for the materiality before making my final selection, and decided to treat myself with a nice fabric in a fun colour.To conclude, we have a great team who will help out every step of the way, even including servicing and reupholstering if you need that down the road!
