I had my windshield repaired a few days ago. Incredible service. Great people. Drove me home and was willing to pick me up. You don’t see that anymore. Amazing experience. I wish they were mechanics too. Don’t even go anywhere else and their prices beat everyone.

The guys were extremely friendly and helpful. The repair went exactly as scheduled, and the price point was great. They also installed my new wipers for me on the spot. Would definitely recommend for any auto glass related issues.

I would highly recommend this shop! The price was the best I found in the region. They were very flexible in scheduling me in and went above and beyond accommodating my drop off and pick up needs. The quality control was excellent as my new windshield had a minor scratch and they insisted on ordering another – now its perfect and includes a warranty. As a bonus, my car interior was cleaned! Excellent professional windshield replacement for my van. This windshield was a complex job - heated full windshield, rain sensor and gps. All work was done on time and exactly as quoted - which was the best price I found. Highly recommended.

My insurance company was trying to push me to go to the big box glass repair shops, but they weren't able to accommodate my work schedule. A co-worker recommended Complete Auto Glass Solutions, and I'm so glad they did. They were able to see me the next day and were even able to shuttle me to and from my job. What an amazing service. I had a rock chip on my windshield and I wanted it repaired properly and quickly so it would not become large crack. After placing a number of calls I was impressed with complete because they were knowledgeable, could do the work relatively quickly and at a competitive price. When I arrived they inspected the chip and did the work quickly as had been discussed and for the quoted price. I highly recommend them as a very professional and competent firm.

I had an amazing experience at Complete Auto Glass Solutions in Welland. They were very professional and pleasant. GREAT Customer service goes hand in hand with GREAT work!!!! This shop has BOTH!!! They gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my car, that way I did not have to sit and wait for the repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised (quite pleased really since I don’t currently own a vacuum lol) when he had explained that they had cleaned the the interior, all of the windows (it’s not a full detail or anything but it’s an amazing bonus 100%) plus topped up the windshield washer fluid!! What a wonderful extra service to add, it shows they really care and I was very grateful for that myself!!! Overall I had a great experience from the second I called their shop to book my appointment and I would highly recommend this shop for all glass repairs!! my experience was very good, craig gave me a super fast quote and he was always very kind to me, they helped me with a ride to my house and the car was ready in a couple of hours I was delighted with the treatment and I recommend them
