It was a pleasure working with Joanne for our kitchen re-design. We had some unique needs which she was easily able to incorporate, and she offered suggestions from a different perspective that were both practical and beautiful. We’re looking forward to working with her again on the next stage of our home reno plans!

I absolutely loved working with Joanne from Joanne Dolan Design. Our new home is quite modern and she helped find the perfect pieces to warm up the space and at the same time keeping with the modern tone of the home. She did a great job of blending some of our older pieces with new - and we totally adore the wallpaper choices! Joanne has wonderful ideas and helped us make decisions easily by presenting only a few options at a time. She is professional, reliable, personable, was able to work within our budget and has a great eye for design. I would highly recommend Joanne for your next design project.

Joanne has been amazing as I work through design plans for my new construction condo! I’m not the best at articulating what I’m envisioning but she’s somehow managed to turn my mixed messages into a beautiful plan for my new home. She’s made some great suggestions for furniture and how to really maximize on the limited space I’ll have. She’s super patient and responsive and helps me weigh pros and cons of all items I send her way for review. Thanks for all your help!

Words can not express how grateful I am to Joanne. If I could give her a thousand stars, I would!Joanne first took on my tired, ugly old dining room that I HATED and turned it into the most beautiful room in my house. She also created a gallery wall, helped with some art placement/framing, soft finishings and she finally made our house feel like a home. A house we had been living in for 7 years.After that, she did a smaller project and helped me re-do my daughter's bedroom to take it from a kiddie room to teenage fabulous! She worked with what we had and made just the right additions to make everything feel complete.We were so happy with her work and professionalism, that when we bought a cottage that required a complete renovation, we didn't hesitate to hire Joanne.Joanne took us from vision to completion and we had so much fun doing it. She meets you where you are at and gets to the heart of what you want to accomplish. She nails how you want your space to look and feel and creates the visuals so you can see, touch and feel how everything will come together before it actually does. She effortlessly worked with our contractor, all of the trades and our kitchen/cabinet makers to help keep us on time and budget. She took the stress out of what can be a very stressful time.Joanne's attention to detail and organization is unmatched. When there were mistakes or roadblocks, as there inevitably are, Joanne managed them and always figured out a solution. She's a master of the high/low mix and knows where you can scrimp and where you should spend.Everything she has done has been understated beauty yet practical and functional. I can't thank Joanne enough because she made our dream space a reality and it wouldn't have been possible without her.

Joanne is amazing! Although our project was smaller in scope, she was dedicated to it as a larger project and was responsive and attentive and had some great options that respected our budget. With her help, our blank space in our new basement was warmed up and turned into something special. Part of our project included wallpaper and Joanne’s installer was amazing! I can’t wait to use Joanne again and highly recommended her services.
