Mark Chiu is one of the best Family Law Lawyers I have had the privilege to see in and out of the courtroom. He worked diligently on my behalf without forgetting the rights of the child and what is in the best interests for the child. I can recommend Mark Chiu as the best of the best.

I met Mr Chiu on 2017. My current partner was dealing with an unprofessional lawyer at that time and as a result, she was losing her case in Family Court and she had no choice but to fire her previous lawyer. Mr Chiu accepted her case and worked very hard on it and after 5 days of trial, they won the case. We were very pleased by his hard work and dedication and professionalism.I also hired Mr Chiu as well to work on my very complicated case in Supreme court on 2019. My ex-wife took my daughter away from me and my previous lawyer did not do a good job at representing me in the court. My case took over 2 years with 12 days of trials with Mr Chiu and as a result, now I can see and spend time with my daughter due to his hard work and dedication on my case. Both my current partner and I are thankful to Mr Chiu and appreciate all his hard work and dedication in our case which he went above and beyond to make sure we win our cases.
