Mini Mall Storage

This was an amazing storage facility before the crooks at mini mall storage took over. Where all they seem to care about is late charges. Been on disability for 2.years and every month I ask if I can pay on the 5th. Been a customer for over 3 years. My small cheque comes in then I have to pay a Canadian tire credit card that seems to take 5 days to post. If there is a holiday or a weekend in between then boom late charges galore. Asked for them to be waived when my sister passed away and my dad was in the hospital with a heart attack. And my stepson was in the hospital as he almost slipped into a diabetic coma. This all happened within 5 weeks. The area manager would not waive a single late fee. I was in tears as I was telling him my story but he didn't care at all. He pretty much smirked and chuckled. Shame on you mini mall storage. I read your article about record profits during the covid epidemic. It's no wonder. You wrecked a really great storage facility.

The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I originally had a small unit in the county yard, but when I needed more room, they helped me transition into a bigger unit, a C-can specifically. The day I went to move my things into the C-can, I was having a lot of trouble opening the door. When I called the office about it, one of the lovely ladies drove all the way out to help me with it, and noting how difficult it was, requested the maintenance person take a look at it. Occasionally I lose track of the date and end up missing my payment on the first, but they send me a reminder email on the 3rd, before I get hit with late fees, which is a huge help for my ADHD brain. The staff are always nice and try their best to accommodate me, and the prices are pretty reasonable with a wide selection of unit sizes. Highly recommend for anyone in need of some extra storage space!

Had a great experience with not only the operators but the local employees and managers did above and beyond. You have to make sure you ask to speak with the grande prairie location because they can go that extra mile for you. If you have a special request, chances are, if you ask they will do their best to make it happen. Thanks Everyone! 11/10.Plus they have the best deals in town

This was a very positive experience. After a year, nothing (no animals or bugs)) got in and nothing got wet. Woo woo! I had a mix up with my card one month and they called me so I could fix it - it was easy. And it's right across from the U-Haul rental so picking it up was pretty easy too. They are always polite and helpful, even during move out stress. Much appreciated.
