Beer Store

Guys at this location are great, the one female there has better things to do than serve retail customers or grab an out of stock on the shelf beer...lazy. Use to be a great beer store, but the shelves are NEVER stocked anymore. Drive by this place now to hit the LCBO which are everwhere around here, and always stocked. Hours of service are brutal too.

they like to close a few minutes early, which is annoying when you show up at 8:55 but they've decided to shut. incompetent staff, there goal seems be to create the biggest line possible. poor selection of single cans as well, more variety at the newly stocked loblaws across the street (go there). its a shame this horribly run beer store is the closest to me.

I was at this beer store for my usual 8 Dead Elephant today at 2:00 and was waited on by a male and female staff. Always the best retail experience ever. They recognize me and know I am bringing back 8 cans, buying 8 cans and reusing my brewers 8 pack cardboard carrier. Whole purchase may take 2 minutes. Super nice friendly people; both suitable for management positions but the male is the manager so one or the other would be missed if both managers.

The beer is disgusting and bad customer service

Less busy than usual because the old dude that works here aka the manager (go figure) is super racist and rude! EVERY single time I go in here! If it isn't a dirty look it's snarky attitude or nothing at all.Hopefully he retires soon.**** NEW MANAGER WANTED!!!!!ALL of the other staff are friendly and super helpful! The atmosphere is bliss when that angry man isn't there.

Employees are extremely unconsiderate and condescending. I went here on father's day with my dad, brother, and my 1.5 year old son came along for the walk. I was carrying my son, so my brother (he's 19 years old) was carrying the beer that I was going to buy. My brother didn't have his ID with him, which shouldn't have been an issue, because I was buying the beer anyways (I'm 30 and had ID)... But because my brother was the one carrying the beer for me, the employees refused to sell neither myself nor my dad any beer. Even if I, or my dad, came back without my brother, they said still wouldn't sell us anything, becuase he carried the beer and didn't have ID".In addition to this

We have a great time with the staff there. We have been going there for years now. We have received excellent service. They all know that my wife is unable to lift a 24 case of beer. They gladly take it to my vehicle when she goes there alone. She has no problem with waiting a few minutes if they are extremely busy. You treat the staff with respect, you get it back. Tim is a wonderful manager there. We love them all over there. Great group of people.

Thanks to all that left positive comments, we really appreciate it. To those who have negative comments would you please bring them forward to the manager so we can correct the bad behaviour. This is always preferable than having to defend your sniping on line. As for Mr Marshall, your geography may be off slightly as we do not have a Loblaws across the street from us. And for Mr Nichol, not one in our 90+ years of operation have we ever been a government entity, remember this fact when you are searching for your VISA card when seeking health care in the US. No problem serving regular alcoholics that come in drunk or people stoned but grab a 6 pack and have company and go back 4hours later and refused service after 1 beer.... Crooked, half the staff is great but half the staff caters to regulars regardless. Of the rules.. I regular see drunk people leave without a hassle.... House of double standards
