Employees are pleasant but unless you are buying a phone the store is useless. Everything else you have to phone bell. The store was empty but the employees could not help us.

Just bought an iPad Pro and Samsung Note Plus at the same time! I did thorough research as I am a techie but the knowledge base of the staff, I could not do without. Check out Bell online to find which models you like- then write up your contract with the counter staff, it's really that simple. I love the new store location. It was a great experience. My last purchase was 4 years ago, it was good then- and even better now!

Wednesday May 26th at 8:10am. Driver of a Bell van. License plate AV-96322 was driving like a complete maniac. Cut me off so Aggressively as they pulledOut of the gas station thatI had to slam on my breaks toAvoid them. The cut over 2 lanes when they had no Time to merge safely. Good choice of drivers.

Nice lady at the store. But is not knowledgable. I wanted to change my physical SIM to an eSIM. She didn't know how to do it. I went into the store because on the phone the wait time is long. I called 1800 number for bell and waited 25 min and the person on the phone told me how to change my physical SIM into eSIM. Next time I might think twice before going into the store.

Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He explained everything really well, and didn't try to upsell me when I told him what I was looking for. He was respectful and kind.

Went in on a Friday evening and had to wait 20 minutes just to speak with someone. Had to pay $35 for a SIM card and activation. Some staff were knowledgeable, but some knew very little about cell phone technology. Frustrating experience.

I don't appreciate strangers showing up at my house. I don't appreciate when they bang on my door seconds after rapid fire ringing the door bell. I don't appreciate when they look in my windows after I ask them to leave. I don't appreciate them looking into my car after lingering on my door step. I didn't appreciate the rep trying to open the car door.And I didn't appreciate the garbage they left on the outside of my car, before finally leaving.
