I went today for a flu shot. The owner was very friendly and it was great to talk with him. I have found my new pharmacy.

Where to even begin. Here, you're treated like a person, not just another customer. Any concerns or questions are addressed and answered better than any of the big chains out there. You don't need to stand around and wait forever to speak with someone.When you call the phone is answered. On the very rare occasion it isn't answered, you will get a call back. No waiting on hold while the line rings out and brings you back to the main menu again.This place is what a pharmacy should be like. A personal and friendly experience where you feel valued as a person not just as a customer. I'm never switching back to the big chains at all. Go ahead and make the switch to this location, you won't regret it.

Mr Saadalllah the owner and pharmacist was very friendly and helpful when we visited to get my daughters and partners covid vaccine. My daughter has requested that all future vaccines be administered to her at this pharmacy.

Conveniently located in Moncton’s North end, this pharmacy does not disappoint. The pharmacist and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

My daughter and I first went to this pharmacy because it was the only one I could find offering flu shots at the times that I needed due to our schedules.We went again today for my daughter's COVID vaccine. Both times the owner/pharmacist Maged Saadallah was so incredibly kind, compassionate and genuinely appreciated us being there. He was absolutely incredible with my daughter and so was the pharmacy tech.Because of our experience both times, we as a family have decided to switch pharmacies to his.Thank you for being a genuine, kind human who still believes in great customer service and is grateful for the business.

The pharmacist Mr. Saadallah helped me get specialized baby formula for my little one during an international shortage and was very prompt to call me when it arrived. Service bilingue en plus :) Un gros merci!

The owner makes his own laws and trys to belittle people.Went to return an item and he said it's a federal law that no item can be returned if it's been more than a day of purchase (allergy ointment- which wasn't used)And belittles me telling me I don't know anything and that no pharmacy returns anything.Apparently, He has his own return policy which is within a few hours.Never going back to this store for sure.

Amazing pharmacist. I went in with question as I was not feeling good. He helped with everything I needed. Will definitely go back. Thanks for your help.
