Charlie gave quality advice on my Odyssey’s winter tires and rims. Besides the excellent price, he even offered to come to my place for the installations! Excellent customer service, would highly recommend to anyone!

Started with my younger brother Mo, than Saad, and now me and my whole family this is the only place I recommend to anyone and everyone who asks me about good deals on tires/rims/wheels. My man Charlie went above and beyond my expectations when I was struggling to find good snow tires for my 2019 mustang gt and the dealership and every place else was giving me ridiculous quotes, but speaking to Charlie for two minutes on the phone all my worries faded away, not only was the service excellent but his staff especially Mr. James was incredible staying extra long and working on my car making sure the smallest detail was well taken care of, Charlie treats you like family. He has me as a customer for life, again Thanks Charlie and the Tire Tactics team!!!

Charlie definitely deserves more than a 5 star. He's very knowledgeable and very honest. I was recommended by a friend of mine to come install tires and definitely did not disappoint at all! Amazing service and quality. They told me to drop my winter tires and rims off for my SQ5 so they can have them put together before I came to put them on. Dropped the rims and tires by morning and they were able to put them on the same day in the afternoon. I was in and out in 10 mins! Car is running smoothly and not a single scratch on the brand new rims. Also offered me great advice on how to store my tires during the winter. These guys know what they are doing and would highly recommend.
