Service BC Centre Maple Ridge

Tiday I visit Service BC at Maple Ridge for legal name change of family. It was a excellent experience, Great Service Provided by Mr. Apar. Want to visit again in future. Thank you so much Apar from Baljit and Salwant

I was dreading going to get my license replaced because literally everywhere has a huge wait these days. I was in and out within 30 minutes (arrived around 9:30 am on a Monday.) The lady I saw was in training and she was so quick, kind and friendly. The whole process took maybe ten minutes once I was called up. Highly recommend!

Went with my wife for her road test today, went well, the car person she took the test with, was fair and Pleasant, only a few let in the icbc office at once, guy walking around disinfecting all the door handles, and while u wait for there test to be over, if u need to use the washroom u need a code 4893# for the mens. Was pleasant experience mostly because I don't have to drive everywhere all the time anymore.

Had walk-in appointment...got txt in about 1 hour...got service right away & very happy.

I drove all the way from Vancouver to drop off an application and the staff at this location were absolutely exceptional. I waited roughly 20 minutes for a representative after check-in and was assisted immediately afterwards. Staff thoroughly checked my paperwork to ensure I had everything and that everything was correct before submission. This visit was extremely stress-free and made me forget the long drive to Maple Ridge!

I walked in to Services BC today and was told there was a three hour wait. The man at the check in took my info and I received a text an hour and fifteen minutes later to go in. I had the most amazing service from Nisha who helped me and the man behind the check in desk who was not wearing a name tag. Thank you both so much for everything!

Absolutely worst customer service, csr. No where was indicated you had to book an appointment in the morning to be seen. The csr said oh we can't notify everyone in Canada. I got there at 1430 they close at 1630. The workers laughed at the fact that people took time out to go there and was denied service. They said oh there's 30 people waiting so it's going to take 2 hours so you will not be seen. There wasn't one worker, so how can they only see 30 people in 2 hours? Oh right cause the staff is too busy talking to each other, surfing the net, and playing on their phone. I asked to speak to the manager. One csr went and spoke to another person then to grab another csr to tell me same thing. Took us 40 mins to drive out there with 3 kids and took time off to get my kids birth certificate fixed. The time they took to talk to me they could easily check my paperwork and sign the paper. Absolutely laziness! I work for the government and never had I encountered such poor service. Thank goodness I never have to deal with them again.No point in filling out a complaint it goes no where. What is the point??? to hire more people so the staff there can have more time to sit around do nothing during their whole shift.In response. Why would I bother to file a complaint? So the manager/supervisor working from home can contact me? I found it hard to believe there was not one manager/supervisor working that day. And I don't want to file a complaint that would give ground for the city to hire more people so the current staff can slack even more?!?!!

Had emanuel as my road test examiner today. Best examiner hands down. Super nice, polite, easy to talk to, I was nervous coming to icbc to take my road test but he made it stress free!!! Would recommend him 100%
