Rexall

Have been a customer for 20+ Years. Pharmacy cares a lot about their customers. It is sometimes impossible to reach them by phone as they are often overwhelmed by customers in the store. Often have to call several times during the day to actually reach a pharmacist.Great Store but very busy pharmacy.

They often don’t follow through with the day my prescription and that of my spouse is due.I’ve waited for a very long time only to find out that they haven’t filled out prescription.Both of us have been told to return on another day, and it’s still not filled.I think it’s because they are understaffed and busy vaccinating customers.To be fair, while standing in line , I’ve observed that the pharmacist is always very kind & patient with people.

Got my flu shot here today and the pharmacist was very polite and courteous. She took her time to explain everything.

The best small neighbourhood drugstore!! Wonderful staff and Wandi is the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with!! She has more knowledge and concern than my GP!!

My go to pharmacy. The staff is always attentive and helpful with any medication questions. I've gotten four vaccines there and all went well. I find the service prompt and yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait but if they have so many customers it means they're good right? Best pharmacy in the neighbourhood IMHO.

If one notices, I posted about a year ago too, giving 5 stars.Things changed a tad..I've been a customer here for about 6 years give or take and I had the chance to see this Rexall location staff on duty for a number of times.It's kind of a hit and miss with them in general. The Doctors working with them and that I am in-touch with, are telling me similar stories. They are at time not answered calls for a long time, phone attitude, etc.Wendy in particular: I believe you could do better. You, at times, by the way you treat your clients, leave them with the impression that you've been born with a silver spoon in your mouth although that might just not be the case and is in fact just doing you and your business a disservice. Try and think about it..Thank you.

The pharmacist here is knowledgeable but this pharmacy itself is disorganized and too busy for how small it is. Almost every time I went to pick up a prescription there would be some kind of problem. Often my medication wasn't ordered at all. More than once I had to drive to different Rexall locations to get a prescription I really needed that day because this Rexall didn't order it.The last time I went there I tried to update my benefits information and the pharmacist barely looked at it before saying it wouldn't work. I had to call my benefits company and confirm the number, then wait on hold for almost half an hour at this location, only for the pharmacist to tell me the card she didn't bother to try would work after all...This is the closest pharmacy to my home but I finally decided to switch to another one further away.

I stopped by yesterday to see the pharmacist. She explained the difference between a cough suppressant and expectorant. Armed with that advice I bought the right medication for my cough and a day later I am no longer coughing at all. Five stars!

I've been a client here almost 25 years. Give them some extra time though, as often slow to fill prescriptions. Wandy is the BEST. I can always count on her for expert assistance.

This is my local pharmacy and I wouldn't change a thing about it. The pharmacy staff are amazing (Wandi in particular) have always taken their time when explaining a new medication, and have always answered any questions I've had as well as offered advice about how to deal with side effects. They are quick and efficient. The retail staff are friendly and happy to help you find anything.
