Great experience, clean and quiet store. Staff were helpful especially the gentleman that helped me pick a mattress. He was patient while I tried other beds and gave out pros and cons for each. Process of picking a mattress took no longer than 20 mins which was great because I was bagged as hell. Would recommend.

This was our first time buying a mattress, and our experience was smoother and better than ever imagined thanks to Gregg at this Sleep Country location. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted when we got in, but Gregg patiently guided us through the different mattress and pillow types and styles. He taught us all about important concepts like sleep alignment, was considerate of our budget, and spent close to 2 hours making sure we found the mattress we loved.I seldom leave reviews, but I felt the experience with Gregg was so great that others searching for a mattress should know about it and visit this Sleep Country. I was just in today to buy a new pillow- Chris made me feel super welcomed and helped me find the right pillow for my needs and mattress type.I don’t usually leave reviews but the service and knowledge he provided was so great that I felt like I had to! I work in sales/ reception so I know the drill, but it didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a purchase, and instead felt that he genuinely wanted to find the best option for my needs (although to be fair I was very set on buying a pillow anyways).I ended up going with the first pillow he suggested for me because he was bang on with his pick. Very excited to test out my new pillows tonight as my neck has been killing me!!

The service there is amazing! I didn't know anything about mattresses or pillow, but Gregg took the time to educate and guide me. He was super patient and helpful. I took advantage of great sales deal that Sleep Country had going and I am happy with my purchases!

We went in because we were planning on buying a matress in the near future but wanted to get an idea of which one would suit our needs. Gregg was extremely helpful, and wasn't attempting to push us out of our budget. He landed us on a matress on sale that was around our budget price but showed us other models to ensure we felt we were receiving the matress we needed in the price range that was comfortable.

We had a great experience with Gregg at this location. We bought two polar pillows at a decent price. Definitely recommend going to this location. Gregg is awesome and will help you out.

Love their staff, always helpful picking the right bed, pillow or frame. I looked everywhere for a bed frame to fit my adjustable bed. They had lots to pick from!

I had a great experience and outcome today at this Sleep Country location. After being warmly welcomed by Gregg, he listened to what I was looking for in a new pillow and I was able to test out his recommendations. He gave lots of great tips and information and I ended up purchasing the perfect pillow for me that was also within my budget. My family will definitely be shopping here in the future! Thanks Gregg!

Great customer service. I was helped by an older gentleman (Greg I think?). He was very helpful and patient with me as an incredibly indecisive person. Gave me a very good deal too. I unfortunately went with another mattress store which had a mattress that fit my back better but I would have definitely bought it from here if it was available. If I'm looking for another mattress that isn't particular for my weird joints (I need an insanely firm mattress) then I would come back here.

Walked in to the Southside location Feb 3. Only 1 staff on site. 3 people waiting for service. Once available, Tristen assisted me. Arranged for delivery Feb 6 between 9am-9pm. *I arranged for the day off from my employer. Delivery team was to have called day of delivery between 8am-9am to confirm 3hr window. I did not receive a call/voicemail/text. Fyi: I have call display, call log, and voice mail. I phoned Sleep Country Feb 6 @ 1pm and left a voicemail with my issue/concern. Feb 6 at 120pm delivery team show up unannounced. Delivery team said dispatch should have phoned me and then they shrugged their shoulders. Greg from Sleep Country phoned me back at 126pm on Feb 6 to confirm: I (the customer) was phoned at 8am and spoke with the delivery team. Bold face lie. Who did they speak with??? I expressed my concern and disapproval to Greg. I explained AGAIN I was never contacted in the morning(at all). Greg politely said, glad it all worked out and you have your mattress." He did not acknowledge my concern and passively brushed me off. I was a returning customer
