Amazing service. Honestly the first person I talked to was a bit rude but then the owner got on the phone and he was amazing. Kind and soft spoken, and eager to help. He showed up quickly and loaded my car carefully. Would definitely recommend!!!!! I’ll be sharing his business with my buddies in the area for sure.

I got hung up in a snow bank after a bad snow storm. I called him to come pull me out and he said he wouldn't come out unless the road were plowed. He's the only towing service listed in town and he won't serve the community when its snowy.

Over priced and rude. They quoted us $220 to come and boost our vehicle and when we wanted to call someone else to confirm we are not being taken advantage of they canceled on us. We called Prince Alberts Lakeland towing and was boosted for a lower price ($200) even though Lakeland had to drive more KMs! Why bother calling a Melfort company when Prince Albert towing will service you for cheaper from further away! 0/5

After an accident, Eagle towing was called by 911. Mel was friendly and very professional. When I went to collect personal belongings from my vehicle, his wife met me at the impound yard. I found her to be very unfriendly, certainly hostile in her approach. Because of this I will not use this business again.

Awesome people, quick tow. ! Made the process from acident to claim alot less stressful! Helped me with what to do and to inform the RCMP. Also very polite in person when I went to get my belongings his wife was quite concerned with my injurys and suggested what to do about that!. 5/5 service definetly wont call anyone but eagle!

Absolutely brutal, was stuck about 10 minutes out of Melfort but wouldn’t pull me out because I didn’t have a credit card or caa, offered cash still wouldn’t do it. The lady on the phone was very rude so a tow truck had to come from nipawin.
