The staff are actually friendly, nice, and supportive. There was some lineup, and I guess certain individuals are impatient. The lady that was helping me was so lovely. They're more happy to help and support you, just be patient!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Mike has put together an amazing, extraordinarily professional, and knowledgeable team. Every registry in Canada should model themselves from TLC Registry which that acronym should stand for Tender Loving Care. Thank you TLC for being so fabulous.

I always go right around 2 or 3 and they see me right away and are friendly, they explain things to me clearly when I ask. Sometimes their equipment malfunctions but it has never inconvienced me.

I was so glad to find this office downtown and walking distance from most office buildings. I had to register fleet vehicles and Candace was very helpful and kind. No line ups, very friendly staff, quick and efficient.

If I could give 10 stars to this registry, I would! The wonderful Carina helped me today renew my license and she was so kind, patient, knowledgable, happy, friendly and quick! I will absolutely come back here again. The other ladies were chatting with me also and were all so nice. Thanks for the excellent service! My experience here was perfect.

I went to the registry today and Carla displayed excellent client service. While she was helping me she was aware of people waiting and made contact with them to direct them at the same time as serving my needs.They often have to deal with impatient people that are frustrated with a system and Carla did this graciously.
