In The Beach Lawns

We hired Beaches Lawn a month ago and were told they were booked solid for new sod laying. They told us probably 6 to 8 weeks we would have to wait. They ended up getting to us in a month which was great. From the moment the crew that did our lawn came they were amazing. They were courteous with the neighbours, never left a mess, and did great work. They worked for 2 days straight to get us to our finished product. They were meticulous in their approach, and it completely shows with the final product. Amazing company, that we have now hired to look after the maintenance of our lawns moving forward.

The 'In The Beach Lawns' team did a great job on trimming my 10' tall hedge for the 3rd year in a row. They arrived on time and worked continuously for 2 1/2 hours.Trimming this cedar hedge is a challenging project!I highly recommend 'In The Beach Lawns'.See you the same time next year guys!

We had the pleasure of having Rob and his team do some landscaping work for us this past July and are extremely happy with the outcome. They implemented a design we already had which included a new patio, new garden beds with borders, planting/mulching, and also were able to do a concrete pad for our new shed. The team worked so hard and we appreciated their attention to detail. We highly recommend their landscaping services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

In The Beach did a fabulous job this spring (2022) of repairing my interlock brick walkway, my driveway retaining walls, and my flagstone steps along the side of my house to the backyard. Rob, Riley and Jacob are the best, and I would hire them again for other work in a minute. In The Beach has also done lawn maintenance and snow shovelling for me for years, and they are always reliable, professional and do a great job.

They did great work for my neighbour, so I called them for my new lawn. It took some time working through the quote process - spam folder got in the way!!! Finally got organized. They kept to their schedule and did great work. My new lawn looks fantastic.

5 stars for the services performed and 0 star for the back office customer service on quote and invoices. I received a quote in my email indicating total quote of $137 but received an invoice of close to $300. I asked to discuss a couple of times but the answer is that it is your fault not to read the contracts in detail because the number provided is just price per hour. This is like buying a pair of shoes with a total offered price of $100 dollars and then the store tells you that you chose not to read your contracts because it is $100 per shoe so $200 in total? All I needed was an acknowledgment that the business can improve on the quote process to eliminate chance of misunderstanding. Instead I got an email saying it is all my fault. To be fair, they waived the amount in excess of the quote but what I don’t understand is why their business manager chose to leave such a bad taste in their customer’s mouth while they claim that they care for them?
