I don't know how such a small store has such a great selection. I always find what I want

During the power failure, although the store did not have power, they remained open to serve clients. It was dark in the store and a sales person accompanied us to help us find everything we needed including propane gas cannisters and batteries. I don't know how we would have managed without them. Thank you Home Hardware for being there when we needed you and finding a workaround in a difficult situation.

Small but have good collection family place. Well priced not any higher from Home Depot or Rona, service is good and friendly staff

I purchased a benchmark snow thrower December 18th 2022, after the first use, plastic parts were breaking off. By the 3rd use the whole machine stated shaking uncontrollably. i returned it to home Hardware in Pierrefonds quebec on January 22nd 2023. i was told they could not refund me on the spot and would have to wait for a call in a few days. After 4 days with no call i went back to the store and was then told it had to be sent in to a service center for inspection and they said they don't know when that would happen because they had no one to bring it there. after hours of complaining in the store they said they will get it sent it right away and would call me. another week has passed and still no call, i have no snow thrower and im out $230.

This location is kinda small but it does has most of what you need. Don't bother coming here for wood. The painting section is extensive and well run. The seasonal section is always changing bringing in new items. The owner or manager is really nice.
