We needed egress windows quickly. No one else in GTA seemed to have any stock. Lucky was super professional to talk to and understood our urgency. Our newly installed windows leaked; (long story why). He reserved the two sizes we needed and we had a seamless transaction with him. He also explained how the window mechanism works and gave us all the time we needed to ensure these wi does meet our specs per our approved permit.Now, I do not have long term experience to comment on quality but the windows look well-made! When you have the owner so involved in a business and customer service is awesome, I’m quite certain he will stand behind the product and the product will be of quality too!We are picking up the other two window sizes we need in a few days as well since the person we ordered from before is running late.
