Where do I start. This medical clinic is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. First let’s start with the receptionists. They are pretty rude and seem to try hard not to book an appointment for you with a doctor. I had an experience today where the receptionist would not let me see a doctor because I took antibiotics before and she said word for word, “ we can’t help you, the doctor can’t give any other medication. If you have an emergency go to urgent care at the hospital”. She wouldn’t even let me speak to the doctor to see what I might have or what might the issue.Now the doctor himself. To see the doctor, if you have an appointment for 1 pm, you won’t seem them for at least an hour past your booked time. The doctor himself is very rude and unwilling to get you the best care. It seems like he doesn’t care for his patients.I highly highly recommend you do not come to this clinic, it’s the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any medical clinic.

Today I met Dr. Deepika. It’s the first time she was talking to me. She is so nice she’s very amazing I couldn’t even explain how nice she is if I have more than five star, I could give to her all.

I’ve been the patient of Dr. Deepika Garg from last 3 years. She’s a good human being. But the receptionist doesn’t know how to talk to a patient. They never pickup my call, i have to call them 4-5 times. They dnt understand the patient’s emergency, she’s really rude on call.I’m very disappointed from Front desk service!

I have been a patient of dr. deepika garg’s for 5+ years and I have always had the worst experience with the administrative staff in this office but nothing as bad as the last couple of months. I have been trying to get an appointment set up with a specialist for 2 months now. They first sent it to the wrong one and made ME call them and cancel that appointment (an appointment i didn’t even ask for), then I gave them the details for the doctor i DID want the referral sent to and after waiting a week i called the specialist myself and asked if i was scheduled for an appointment and they said they never received the referral. So i call dr. garg’s office again. They didn’t do it. Never given a reason why. Fast forward another week and I finally have my appointment set up with the specialist only to find out it’s with the WRONG OFFICE in the building. The incompetence is maddening and these people shouldn’t work in health care.

Worst staff ever talked too as i had called the receptionist 4-5 times asking for a family doctor appointment always got her reply saying that sorry i am busy please call tomorrow and how stupid is that without listening a single thing she hangs up herself !!!!!!!!!!!!!Very DUMB STAFF !!!!!!!
