I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your rental department. Yesterday, I rented a vacuum cleaner, and upon returning it, I encountered a staff member whose behavior was nothing short of rude and disrespectful.Despite having thoroughly cleaned the vacuum, the employee insisted that it was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I took great care in ensuring its cleanliness, with only a minimal 2 percent of dirt remaining, which is inevitable given its use. However, this was completely disregarded, and I was met with hostility and an unwillingness to listen or understand.What perplexes me even more is that this is not an isolated incident. This marks the third time I have experienced such poor customer service at Home Depot. It is disheartening to see a lack of attention to customer satisfaction, as it should be the cornerstone of any reputable establishment.Customer service skills were non-existent in the interaction I had. It is reasonable to expect courteous and respectful treatment when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, this was not the case, leaving me frustrated and questioning the value placed on customer satisfaction at Home Depot.I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as a concerned customer. It is my hope that you take these criticisms seriously and address the underlying issues within your customer service department. I believe that by improving these aspects, Home Depot can regain the trust and loyalty of its customers.However, unless significant changes are made, I regret to inform you that I will be taking my future business elsewhere. It is important for me to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a positive shopping experience.Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope that Home Depot will consider this as an opportunity for growth and improvement

Lost time I visited Appliance department of Home Depot. Noticed the person gave me information and a deal was very mature and reasonable polite. It caused surprise and made me very happy I should say thanks a lot.

I’d give this store 5 stars! One of their employee named Britney was very helpful! She went all the way down to the aisle to help us out find the bolts we needed. Thank you Britney you were very professional!

I did purchase online and was waiting for pick-up email. Four days later, I had no notification, therefore I checked the order status under my account to find out that the order was cancelled.I did contact Home Depot and the representative told me sorry

This is my local Home Depot. They usually have what I want. I always go there, especially because I know the layout and which area of the store I need to go for specific items. I know the layout because I walk every single aisle until I find stuff I like/want...I rarely ask an employee for help.Anyway, it's a convenient location as there is a Dollarama, self-serve car wash, Wal-Mart, A &W, Staples, and a Canadian nearby...among other useful stores.

This person was considerate of my time and money.Home Depot’s are generally amazing with customer service and the ability of associates to help customers, but this was a special visit as I was racing against the clock. ARSHAD helped me find exactly what I needed without having to spend more. The entire transaction happened in less than five minutes. Utterly grateful to him for his service.

Home Depot Heartland branch is good as you can find out all stuff at this place.The staff is really helpful at this place if you are looking to o buy electrical and home improvement stuff. They guide you well and help you to find out what you need.Home Depot Kids workshop are back too. If you are looking for fun activities for your kids during March break.

Very bright garden centre. Well maintained, helpful staff.This new addition tropical plant was added Firecracker" it is called Kanakambaram- flower in my language in India.I had visited Home Depot in U.S.A too. They have many many more varieties of plants and other stuff."

I rented a 3000 psi power washer from this location today and unfortunately I couldn’t start on my work because the machine wouldn’t work.- machine is old and was leaking (dripping) oil- machine started at the store during demonstration but not at home after the water hose and the gun were plugged in- I was not able to start the machine at home despite following instructions given by staff at Home Depot and Home Depot YouTube video on a similar machine.- was not able to detach the gun and the staff couldn’t either upon my return.- no technician works on a weekend at this locationI’m disappointed I couldn’t get my driveway cleaned today as it was important.The staff through out the day was super polite and professional. I’m glad I had excellent customer service. They also cancelled my contract and returned the funds fully.Overall, I wish this location had newer machines to rent cause when I YouTubed I couldn’t find info on this model.

I was looking for a good doorbell. I was lost with the different brands and kinds of doorbells and no one could help me picking the right one up. Sam was wonderful in explaining all about doorbells and helped me buy the right one. Thanks a lot for hiring such a professional people such Sam
