Was a nice room to stay in. Nice place too. The staff is very helpful. And they have laundry facilities on site on every floor and for only 1 dollar they give you a tide pod and a fabric softener sheet so you don't have to worry about bring laundry soap.

What a hovel. No table, a bath towel the size of a proper hotel's flannel and a bed that looked and felt like it had fallen apart and been rebuilt a hundred times. It's a camp not a hotel but they still charged $120 room only.......... Previous comments of I'd recommend it to my family" Ha!! I wouldn't put my dog in it."

The food was amazing! It was wonderful every night, tasted like a home cooked meal. Staff was fantastic, very kind. The gym was also great with everything you need. Loved our stay at this spot and highly recommend. Best meals we had in Lab City

Good for what it is. But was told it is a hotel but found out when I arrived it is more a camp then a hotel.

I want to give this place a 5 star rating. I do believe it actually deserves it.Rooms are spotless,The good is always delicious, and fresh, dessert is amazing..staff is friendly all but 1.My problem here is the one night guy staff.He is more concerned about what is on his cell phone than working.His lack of customer service angers me.Everyone else who works here is incredible and helpful. So please guys keep up the good work!! You are doing great..... but you have a weak link

The lady Kay(sorry if I spelled wrong) was very kind and she provided great service during our stay. The price is really affordable and reasonable. Great experience, will definitely recommend to my family and friends~
