We used imagine plumbing for the installation of our dishwasher. We were told it would take us three days to be seen but Amanda was able to get us in two days early.We had Carl as our technician he was very friendly, worked very fast and was absolutely fantastic. As Carl waited around as the dishwasher was going through its first cycle Carl also fixed our sink which was having issues. Overall we were expecting our installation to be way more hassle than it was.Big thanks to Carl, Amanda, and the rest of the team at Imagine Plumbing & Appliance! We will be using you again in the future!

Imagine Plumbing arrived on time to quote us for a small project. My non-English-speaking mother-in-law answered the door. Not knowing what was going on or how to communicate with him, she gestured to wait a minute and shut the door while she went to get me. By the time I got to the door a few moments later, Imagine Plumbing was already gone. When I called them they informed me that they found her actions rude, and they informed me we will not do business with you". My suggestion is to avoid Imagine Plumbing if you have any non-English speakers in your household as their inability to communicate will be interpreted as being rude. My rating is based only on their professionalism (as no work was performed)."

We just had a Miele dishwasher installed that we purchased at Trail. I rarely post reviews, but in this case I am absolutely motivated to provide my compliments to the installer, Jason, and the support team that set up the appointment. We were called yesterday and provided a two hour window in which Jason would arrive today. He was perfectly on time. It was apparent right from his arrival that he's a true professional. Took the time to prepare the area to not leave a mess. He was extremely careful wheeling the new dishwasher in. His attention to detail in reviewing the installation with me was like nothing I've ever experienced. He also ran through all of the features of the dishwasher as well as provided tips on how to extend the life of our machine. I would highly recommend.

I emailed an urgent request to have our Kinetico water filter cartridges replaced on Sunday evening, as our drinking water tap suddenly went down to a trickle. Amanda at the office replied and followed up with a phone call first thing the next morning. She quickly scheduled a visit on the same day. Derek, the plumber, who was very efficient and courteous, had the replacement completed in less than half an hour. The prompt service saved us from having to use bottled drinking water, as our other water lines feed only softened water. We have been getting excellent services from Imagine Plumbing on all plumbing related services for over 12 years. Everyone is very pleasant, honest, courteous and professional. We highly recommend them.

Travis, was awesome! He came and installed our new dishwasher and microwave. Very professional, so polite and extremely knowledgeable. Cleaned up the entire area he was working in so it was spotless. Very efficient and would no hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Our Kinetico water softener suddenly started leaking. Imagine is the only place in Calgary that has plumbers that can fix them. First, they aren't open for emergencies so we had to wait days for anyone to come. When the plumber came, all he did was shut off the valves, which in turn shut off our hot water because the unit wasn't installed properly in the first place by these plumbers. When I called to let him know we had no hot water now his response was that's impossible

We just had our dishwasher installed by Travis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The process was smooth and he was considerate of keeping our home as clean as he could while doing the install. Thanks for your hard work!

They installed a dishwasher. Then a microwave. Very professional. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

This company has been incredible to us. The entire staff there is extremely kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.Our company was on the hunt to find a plumbing company to install our new water dispenser we had purchased. They were quick to respond to us, and booked in a plumber to come within the same week. After that, we had some leakage problems due to manufacture defects on the product itself and yet again, they were insanely fast to respond and send a plumber out to fix the problem.5/5 stars, I would definitely recommend this company for anybody who needs installation and/or repairs on anything plumbing or appliance wise.

Seida and Jake were excellent to deal with. When my delivery time changed, they were exceptionally accommodating. They both did an outstanding job to make sure I was happy with my fridge installation! Highly recommend
