Shoppers Drug Mart

Only pharmacy that is close to the Adult/Children’s Emergency, HSC general Hospital, HSC Women’s hospital, Children’s hospital and Manitoba Clinc. Being at all the above. I know what it mean to be given prescription and what the medicine right way but don’t know the nearest pharmacy.This is pharmacy is not only close but I find the pharmacist to be knowledgeable

No cashiers, have to wait in the pharmacy line. 7 people behind the counter, 5 people in line and only one person serving customers. Take your purchases elsewhere

Wellwise by Shoppers has the worst customer experience. I ordered an item online on March 10 and realized after the fact that Wellwise put the wrong product size into my shopping cart. I tested it out again by selecting the correct size multiple times but it would automatically change the cart to size medium -- I knew it wasn't my fault. I immediately contacted them and requested a return slip and I emailed support about their system glitch.... NO response from them whatsoever. Next, I contacted them via phone about the situation, and they explained that they probably didn't have the size so that's why they put the other size into the cart. They said to wait 2 - 5 business days for a response. I contacted them again, since I had NO response, and was provided an incident number and was told they would email the company and I would have to wait 5 business days. Now ten days later, I contacted them again because I had zero response and they tell me they would email the company and have it escalated -- my response was 'will they really contact me?'... it seems like a joke. I just want the correct size because what I ordered isn't even for me, it's for my child with a disability and it wasn't small cash I was spending. Now I'll have to figure out what to do with this product if they keep ignoring my request for a return slip! Shoppers needs to be accountable for this company's lack of concern.

Good service but on the phone pharmacy not so nice...just saying

very nice, friendly and helpful staff and the same goes for the pharmacy staff, me and the wife use the pharmacy there quite a bit and we personally know a few of the workers by their first name

I get a prescription from a from Manitoba Clinic, and I have to take my script to that Manitoba Clinic... Only thing is, it's a small Shoppers Drug Mart and they don't carry everything... I usually have to wait four (4) five(5) days to arrive at the store and they don't call you when you're order is in... Myself and also many others probably like a call if their script is in... Just mu beef...

Only pharmacy that is closed for 3 consecutive days holding a baby medication that I can’t request in any other place as they hold my prescription.If you need this place to make your prescribed medications remember to transfer your prescription as soon as you get your medicine.
