We have been working with GPM Management for over two years now and they are one of our top clients. Working with the company, and many of their managers, like Ruki, amongst many others has been a great pleasure. They are very quick on replies regarding any concerns, work needing to be done, or even payments. All the buildings are clean when we go in, and the staff is very helpful anywhere you go with questions or any kind of concerns. I moved in to Lakeside Place a few months ago, they switched to GPM recently and I have never seen a more responsive building manager. She is helping our board make numerous upgrades, communicating it all to residents and responding to inquiries within minutes.

We are a small townhouse complex in downtown Toronto on Broadview Avenue and do not have a site office for the manager to be at frequently, however, our management team at GPM is always attentive and responsive when needed. They attend to the site for emergencies and respond to them quickly, all the way to resolution. GPM makes sure new owners are welcomed and provided with all the relevant information to settle in quickly and on the flip side, they make sure those that are leaving the community are also serviced appropriately all the way until they leave and close on their home. We have lived here for 7 years and have enjoyed and appreciated our interaction with Mo Killu and his team. Thank you!

I am providing a personal review on GPM Property Management. They have been our Corporation's property management trusted advisor for over 45 years. I have found GPM to be fiscally responsible and methodical in their recommendations thought process, professional in all dealings and equipped with a large network of contractors and service providers which has proven to be an important asset. The influence a property management company will have on a condominium corporation's financial health and overall well being is significant. GPM not only does this exceptionally well; I have observed they also show sensitivity to the culture of our Corporation and true care for its residents.

By far one of the most responsive, helpful, efficinet and professional property managers that I have experienced since they have taken over the property manager role at a condo townhouse I own in Vaughan. Pat DeLia, property manager at my condotown is a fantastic, efficient, well knowledged, responsive and understanding property manager who takes the time with homeowners to inform, discuss, educate and resolve any issues and concerns. The property manager does not have the necessary knowledge and skills. He appears to be clueless and does not take action unless there is a follow up.I expected GPM to place experienced and trained professionals to manage a building of 100+ unit.

I have known GPM for about 3+ years as they manage our building in Mississauga. Without any prejudice, its a fact that they are a highly competent and a well organized Property Management Company with 50 years of experience. Behind the Great organization is a great team that makes the Building Management seem so seamless. With complete conviction, I endorse them.

There is a problem with administrative procedures at this company.5 Shady Golfway, North York, is my building .In 2018, my apartment was damaged by a fire, and the majority of the repairs fell to an insurance company that the company deals with, and the repairs have not been completed. This company mismanaged our property, leading to a lot of financial losses and lost time for me.A building's manager is always changed and has no building experience.The insurance company they are dealing with is Sedgwick Canada. Worst experience in my life with their adjuster.Due to the non-fixing of the AC according to the scope of work, I am now living without air conditioning in my apartment, which cost a lot of money.Yet they did not return the secondary window, which they took to make a copy of the missing window as per the scope of work .also rain water leaking from windows is one of my biggest problems with them , cable , etc
