Had an appointment with Jordyn and high recommend! I hold muscle tension in my shoulders and neck and instantly felt relief after my treatment with her.

My wife originally attended this clinic and has had nothing but good things to say. My back had gotten so bad that I was in constant pain, to the point where it was becoming hard to walk. I made an appointment with Paul and have been seeing him since. I’ve had nothing but amazing, polite and respectful service. He is very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. My back was so much better after the first appointment and it’s only gotten better since. I highly recommend Paul if you are in need of message therapy.

I have been going to Embody for massage therapy for over 4 years now. The clinic is comfortable and quiet while being treated. The RMT’s are the finest and most professional I’ve ever been to. Went to see Carly as I had been having bad migraines and a sore neck, immediately felt relief the next day. Super super knowledgeable, I feel like I leave every appointment learning something knew about how my body works. Would definitely recommend embody massage!

I attended Embody for the first time about 2 months ago. The RMT I had for the last 10 years retired.I met with Paul Leduc and during the intake interview I hi-lighted a few areas of long term trauma.Paul asked to address the concern areas from a different angle of treatment than I was accustomed to. I was sceptical but agreed. By goodness if I didn't feel immediate relief!To be clear it was deep tissue massage and the follow up IS imperative.He gave me some specific stretching exercises to utilize and try to get into a weekly routine.I cannot express how much better I have felt from this treatment. I feel unencumbered for the first time in about 15 years. Truly remarkable !!The clinic is very professional and although I have had limited contact with the rest of the team, the contact I've had has been courteous, friendly and very professional.I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Embody.

Just WOWSeriously,if you are looking for a team of experts in massage therapy in Kelowna, this is it. I have seen several therapists at location 1 and 2 and when you ask for what you like you get exactly the massage needed every time ! I don’t like too deep of pressure about moderate and I like a quiet treatment so I can unwind my over stressed nervous system from busy life. Clinic 1 is super cozy like a cottage and clinic 2 is very modern. Both clean comfortable and quiet which I like. I text message Carly when I need help last minute and she is always extremely punctual to get back to me for help. I have seen Carly, Matthew, and Miranda at the two clinics and very different style each of them but all very effective. My experience has been great! Thanks embody I had no idea RMT could fix my pain and tightness like this but it’s an integrated part of my monthly self care now :)

Awesome experience. Alanna is super knowledgeable, attentive and always manages to keep my body going so I can maintain my active lifestyle. I highly recommend her if you have chronic issues, sports injuries or just want to maintain muscle health.
