There delivery is pathetic. According to them Burlington is not part of GTA and charge exorbitant price. Customer care service whoever answered please be informed of what is GTA and also be clear from next time when you mention GTA charges are flat 9.99$.I anyways ended up buying because that was a necessity. But, def would never go back this store for online purchase.

Our experience with Tamilkadai was really good. We really appreciated their business in this situation, otherwise we would have to risk going out to buy necessities. Although there was one or two issues with the order where they didn't have the brand we ordered, but of course that's understandable, for example, I ordered a certain brand and they may have had it out of stock, so they replaced it with another brand. In this busy situation, I can definitely understand that they can't call right away for a tiny change. What they're doing is amazing and we really appreciate the reasonable prices, it's really helpful for the elderly and those who are unable to travel in these dangerous times. As a human being we have to understand and be grateful for what they do. We have to appreciate small businesses for trying their best. Keep it up!

Ordered at ~11AM and picked same day delivery. Received the groceries nicely packaged by 4PM. Amazing super fast service! Online ordering through their site was super easy and fast as well..Keep it up folks. Will continue to order in the future. Highly recommend to anyone who haven't tried their service yet. You will not go back to wasting your precious time (that 25th hour that you always wanted) going to grocery shopping every again.

Very bad response. I ordered an item almost a month back. Still no reply from them. The number always reach to voicemail. I got a reply in the chat that they will refund my amount but they didn't. I would prefer not to book in this site

I recently bought 4 items.Hopper pan - very bad not finished properly does not look like the display photo.String hopper maker. - Its like fake kids toy made out of junk without good finish.I thought thamilan will do a proper job but very disappointed. Guys its only $80.00 I spent, never buy again. Such a looser running a company like this. If you are a real tamilan please don't run business like this. If I buy stuff never bring it back. If bad I throw it in trash. Please check your product before putting it on your store. Please don't buy from this store.Fake product / no expiry date / OMG get a life guys.

We did our first order through this service and loved the attention to detail. When a particular item did not exist in stock at a certain weight they actually called us to confirm if they could substitute a higher weight item! They actually billed us less for the order because some prices (vegetables) were not fully known at the time of order. This was followed up by an itemized list of items after we picked up the order. Yes, we chose to pick up the order instead of shipment. So I cannot comment on shipment details.We did the balance payment through e-transfer and that too was smooth. I am delighted to see that my community has embraced online service with style and quality of service. Finally, they promptly respond to voice calls too. Kudos to the service team!Oh... one more thing... even my order from big box stores does not come with a pack-list. Our order from Tamilkadai actually came with a pack list!

Tamil Kadai is not answering any phone calls or not replying to voice mails, we ordered grocery, the payment has gone through but no tracking number, parcel has not received. I noticed Tamil Kadai is proudly saying “if any issue with the order contact to the customer service number” not even answering the calls in Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. I am tired of spending time with this poor service. I would not recommend to anyone.
