I contact Leibel insurance when we moved form Ontario to Alberta and service that Jenelle( Calgary office) gave me was exceptional. She listen to my needs and played around with numbers to get better quote. I would recommend Leibel to my friends without any hesitation. They are the BEST!

Sara is an absolute gem to work with. She's very professional and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. She was able to find me the best premium for auto insurance and saved me lots of $ compared to my prior insurance broker. If you want a seamless experience I can't recommend Sara enough as her client experience is efficient, smooth, and enjoyable.

She signed me up for insurance and it was an absolute pleasure.Provided me with multiple options with different payment plans.She sent me links to all documents and walked me through the process of cancelling my old insurance.11/10 service. If I had a company I'd be trying to poach her! Lol Great to deal with.

In 2021 I was in a dilemma when I purchased my home, no insurance company would provide me with insurance as the house still had polyb plumbing pipes. I purchased in June 2021 and as of May 1, 2021 no insurance co was insuring homes with poly b due to class action lawsuit taking place. After trying on my own to find an insurance co who would provide insurance, I ended up contacting Leibel, who were able to find a insurance co. to take me on regardless of the type of pipes. However, after two years the insurance increased by over $50/m with no explanation and I had no claims and have since replaced the plumbing pipes. Being on a budget and everything else going up, Leibel found another insurance company who was able to provide me with insurance at a reasonable price. Great staff, the original broker Kim was away during the process but Ashley took over the process with seamless issues. Great service, thank you!!

Shantel Hall is our insurance broker with Leibel and I highly recommend using her if you get the chance. Very quick to respond and she was able to make changes to our insurance policy painless and seamless. Also managed to save us quite a bit of money in the process. My only regret is not calling sooner lol! 5/5
