Had a quote from this business. The receptionist was so rude, I don't want to deal with her to get my windows. The worker was late, so I called and was informed by the receptionist that they have other customers besides me. She made other rude comments that were not appropriate. She is the front line of the company and she is chasing business away.

We were looking for a specific size window which they said they had, in storage. I was told I had to be there by 4 because they close at 5. And they would pull the window out of storage. I had to take 2 hours off work, my wife had to switch her car out for a truck and off we went. 45 minute drive from Emmett to Ontario. When we arrived we were told they could not find the window. 2 hours of lost wages, $20 in gas and an hour and a half of my time. No one called all day to let us know.

You can replace the glass in the window rather than replacing the whole window. A real time and expense savings.

I am so impressed with this local business. I had a custom mirror that I needed cut to size. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. The gentleman came out and measured it for me, just to make sure it would fit. They were very busy today, and said that it would not be done until Tuesday, due to the holiday. I received a call about 45 minutes stating that it was finished and ready to be picked up. Please support your local businesses, especially this one for all of your glass needs. Everyone has to have windows. So when it came time I chose to use this company because they are a locally owned and HIGHLY regarded company. 100% of the people I asked who they would recommend said Coley's. The guys that came to measure were incredibly efficient, I almost expected something to be wrong because I've never seen anyone measure anything that fast. The OG of the pair guessed one measurement and then measured and I don't think he was a half inch off. I love it when people are THAT good. Anyway, the windows took much longer to arrive than anticipated because of the 2021 shipping crisis, but they updated me well in advance of my expected date and also followed up with a letter.(Nice) The installation went as smoothly and efficiently as the measuring-- handled by my OG and a different partner. The windows are beautiful and open and close perfectly. I got the vinyl which replaced metal framed windows. The old ones had much more condensation and even mold and little icicles in the super cold, these do not. So much nicer now. Thank you, Coley's!

Fantastic customer service. I thought my appt was an hour later than it really was, and they were able to work me in on the same day anyway. Very fair prices, and excellent management. Family-owned business at its finest.

Great service. I Had a rock hit my windshield on interstate, I called there office. I got the mobile 24hr service number from the answering machine. He came right to me / repaired my rock chip for me he came out late in the evening to where I was parked for the nightThat allowed me to continue on my way throughThanks for the quick and excellent service
