I'm so impressed with the quick response time from the messenger app, call from dispatch and then the doctors call. Everyone was super helpful and professional and I got what I need to feel better.Definitely will use again and highly recommend to anyone needing it. Perfect very nice and efficient and no i didn't use this because i am a lazy parent as some rude people assume. I used this to prevent my son from spreading strep throat to anyone he talks or came in contact with. my son was treated got the proper meds he needed and didn't give strep to anyone.

The Doctors are alright, they are friendly. If I didn't have to talk to that horrible, rude dispatch guy it would be a great service. Every single time I have phoned here, there's this guy who answers the phone with a snotty attitude, you can tell he just hates his job so he treats everyone who calls there like sh**. If this were a professional doctors' office, they would not put up with him treating their patients the way he does. So, because they let him get away with that, I have to assume that they don't really care. This is why I try to phone Envoy as much as possible, but sometimes they are at their limit for house calls then I think Ugh

One of my daughters was sick and I couldn't get out with three other kids in tow, especially with the sick one vomiting. They sent me a doctor more quickly than expected (within an hour of my calling) and he was very kind and professional. We were very reassured and had a better idea for how to care for our daughter. We are very thankful this service exists when we're unable to get out of the house!!

Most of the reviews i've seen are about how horrible the service is... truth is people use this service because their too lazy to go to a walk in clinic or non emergency at the hospital. I'd like to see anyone else take up medicine and the years of education and training it takes and be assigned to house calls and try have a good mood about it. Until you have a solution to the problem or walked a mile in their shoes, pipe down. the doctors do an excellent job given the circumstances. If i was one of them i could easily see myself missing a call or two. Great doctors, Great service. 5 stars.

I booked a house doctor and he arrived within the estimated window, even early which was nice. However, the doctor was there for all of 3 minutes, one foot out the door. Didn't agree with my symptoms, didn't want to prescribed antibiotics, even though he had no way to say if I needed them or not. He left as fast as he came yelling over his shoulder he would send the prescription to a pharmacy on x"-ave. Turns out there is like 6 different pharmacy on "x"-ave - it's been a week and a half and I finally was able to track the answer down - answer not being prescription here..... Because there was no prescription in my name ever filled. I had a center look up my provincial record.So

They need more doctors the services is great but its sad when they dont have doctors to cover more areas ive used this for years and they have slowly have not been able to come out over to my area and its disappointing
